摘　　要：马克思主义和中华优秀传统文化具有高度的契合性,从实践精神方面考察,二者在唯物的精神、人本的精神、社会的精神、行动的精神和扬弃的精神五个方面都是一致的。马克思主义和中华优秀传统文化的契合是马克思主义基本原理和中华优秀传统文化基本精神的契合,这种契合也是马克思主义中国化的基础。Marxism and the excellent traditional Chinese culture have high degree of compatibility.From the perspective of practical spirit,the two are consistent in five aspects:the materialistic spirit,the humanistic spirit,the social spirit,the spirit of action,and the spirit of innovation.The compatibility between Marxism and the excellent traditional Chinese culture is the commonality between the basic principles of Marxism and the basic spirit of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.This compatibility is also the foundation of the sinicization of Marxism.
