摘　　要：市场对多样化瓶型需求的不断增长,传统送瓶设备每更换一种瓶型,往往需拆卸并重新安装对应的星轮和护板,生产成本高、停机时间长。本项目通过可调节式护板设计,实现了多尺寸瓶具的快速适配,为行业提供了一种高效、经济的解决方案。with the growing market demand for diversified bottle types,the limitations of traditional bottle-feeding equipment have become increasingly apparent.Each bottle type change typically requires disassembly and reinstallation of corresponding star wheels and baffles,resulting in high production costs,prolonged downtime,and reduced efficiency.To address this challenge,this project achieves rapid adaptation to multi-size bottles through an adjustable baffle design,providing the industry with an efficient and cost-effective solution.
