高等教育资源、人力资本对区域创新扩散的影响--基于空间计量—中介作用模型分析

摘　　要：提高区域创新能力是促进经济增长、产业升级的重要途径,而优质高等教育资源的投入可以依托人力资本水平的提高推动创新发展,从而促进地区向周边进行创新扩散,实现区域创新能力的提升。文章基于2011—2020年的省级面板数据,运用空间计量模型和中介作用模型,实证检验高等教育资源对区域创新扩散的影响,以及人力资本的中介效应。研究发现:高等教育资源可以促进创新能力的提高,且空间溢出效应显著;在东部、中部、西部以及东北地区,高等教育资源对区域创新能力的影响存在差异;高等教育资源能够提高人力资本水平,从而促进区域创新能力的提升。因此,为促进我国区域创新能力的提高,更好地实现创新扩散,应因地制宜合理配置高等教育资源。Improving regional innovation ability is a key strategy for promoting economic growth and industrial up-grading.The allocation of high-quality higher education resources can drive innovation development by enhancing human capital,which in turn facilitates the diffusion of innovation across regions,leading to an overall increase in regional inno-vation ability.This study,based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,employs spatial econometric models and med-iation effect models to empirically investigate the impact of higher education resources on regional innovation diffusion and the mediating role of human capital.The results indicate that higher education resources can promote the improvement of innovation ability with significant spatial spillover effects.Additionally,the impact of higher education resources on region-al innovation ability differs among the easterm,central,western,and northeastern regions.Moreover,higher education re-sources enhance human capital levels,which further promotes the improvement of regional innovation ability.Therefore,in order to improve regional innovation ability and effectively facilitate innovation diffusion in China,it is essential to allocate higher education resources sensibly according to local conditions.
