公安院校《预审学》课程教学改革与创新研究——以审判中心主义为视域

摘　　要：随着“审判中心主义”理念在我国司法体系的大力推进,“侦查中心主义”日渐式微,作为侦查学专业核心课程的《预审学》教学,其现已存在诸多弊端,与当前新形势、新任务严重脱节,迫切需要进行相应变革。对《预审学》课程加以改革,建议以“审判中心主义”理念为指导,从师资队伍建设、教材编写、教学手段与方法改进等多维度予以综合发力。With the vigorous promotion of the“trial-centered system”concept in China’s judicial system,the“investigation-centered system”is gradually losing its influence.As the core course of the police investigation major,the teaching of“Pre-trial Investigation”has numerous deficiencies and is seriously out of sync with the current new situation and tasks,urgently requiring corresponding reforms.The reform of the“Pre-trial Investigation”course should be guided by the“trial-centered system”concept and comprehensively enhanced from the aspects of faculty team construction,textbook compilation,and the improvement of teach-ing methods and means.
