人工智能背景下服务型语言“模板化”教学的优化策略

摘  要:职业院校传统的服务型语言教学具有机械式的“模板化”特点,与人工智能的服务模式相似,抑制了基于情感感受的人的能动性的发挥。随着人工智能技术的蓬勃发展,固守当下职业教育中服务型语言教学机械式、模板化内容,培养出来的学生极有可能面临失业的风险。因此,职业院校服务型语言教学应该在保留“模板化”教学底层逻辑的前提下,最大程度地发挥情感价值的作用。经实践检验的“三步法”即确认需求、表明态度、提供方案三个步骤教学方式的具有一定的借鉴意义。The traditional service-oriented language teaching in vocational colleges exhibits a mechanical and"templated"characteristic,similar to the service mode of artificial intelligence,which inhibits the exercise of human initiative based on emotional experience.With the vigorous development of artificial intelligence technology,students trained under the current mechanical and templated content of service-oriented language teaching in vocational education are likely to face the risk of unemployment.Against the background of the impact of artificial intelligence on service-oriented industry language,human language needs to actively leverage its emotional value advantage.Therefore,service-oriented language teaching in vocational colleges should maximize the role of emotional value while retaining the underlying logic of"templated"teaching.The practically tested"three-step method,"which involves confirming needs,expressing attitudes,and providing solutions,offers certain reference significance.
