摘  要:六堡茶具有调节糖、脂代谢以及抗炎、抗氧化的生物学功效,而肠道菌群及其代谢产物可能在这些生理过程中扮演重要角色。文章以六堡茶水提取物(LPTAE)为试验材料,就其对健康大鼠肠道菌群及其代谢产物短链脂肪酸的影响进行研究。使用LPTAE喂养大鼠后,通过16SrDNA基因测序技术对健康大鼠肠道菌群进行分析,并采用气相色谱串联质谱技术对细菌代谢产物短链脂肪酸进行分析,以此判断六堡茶对健康机体肠道中的菌群及短链脂肪酸的影响。结果显示,与对照组相比,200 mg/kgLPTAE日喂养可以提高大鼠肠道菌群的α多样性和β多样性,改变肠道菌群特征,增加产短链脂肪酸菌群的相对丰度,显著提高结肠内容物中短链脂肪酸的含量,尤其是丁酸和戊酸的含量。与对照组相比,400mg/kgLPTAE日喂养对大鼠肠道菌群的调节效果不如低剂量的LPTAE,结肠内容物中短链脂肪酸含量无显著差异。研究可为六堡茶的康养保健功效产品的开发提供科学依据。Liupao tea is known for its biological effects on lipid and carbohydratemetabolismregulation,anti-inflammation,and antioxidant activity,with gut microbiota and its metabolites likely playing a crucial role in these functions.This study investigated the effects of Liupao tea aqueous extract(LPTAE)on the gut microbiota and their metabolite like short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)in healthy SPF rats.Rats were feed by low(200 mg/kg·d)and high(400 mg/kg·d)doses of LPTAE.The gut microbiota was analyzed using 16S rDNA sequencing,while SCFAs were quantified using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results show that compared to the normal group,the low-dose LPTAE(200 mg/kg·d)significantly altered the α-and β-diversity of the gut microbiota,increased the relative abundance of SCFA-producing bacterial taxa,and elevated SCFA levels in the colonic contents,particularly butyrate and valerate(P>0.05).In contrast,the high-dose LPTAE(400 mg/kg·d)exhibited less pronounced effects on gut microbiota modulation,with no significant differences in SCFA levels compared to the normal group(P>0.05).This study provided scientific evidence for the development of Liupao tea as a functional health product.
