摘　　要：镇安县是陕西省商洛市的重要产茶区之一,产茶历史悠久,代表产品镇安象园茶因其独特品质而闻名。文章总结了镇安县茶产业的发展现状,分析了茶园立地条件、茶树品种、栽培管理、茶叶加工及品牌建设等方面的问题,并就提升茶园管理和茶叶加工技术水平、拓宽销售渠道、着力打造区域公用品牌、培育龙头企业、实施人才战略、挖掘文化资源等方面提出发展对策与建议,以期为镇安县茶产业可持续高质量发展提供参考。Zhen'an county is one of the important tea producing areas in Shangluo city,Shaanxi province.It has a long history of tea production.Zhen'an Xiangyuan tea is also famous for its characteristic quality.This paper summarized the development status of tea industry in Zhen'an county,and analyzed the existing problems in site conditions,tea plant varieties,cultivation management,tea processing and brand construction.In order to provide reference for the sustainable and high-quality development of tea industry in Zhen'an county,the paper also put forward development countermeasures and suggestions on improving tea garden management and tea processing technology level,expanding sales channels,focusing on building regional public brands,cultivating leading enterprises,implementing talent strategy and mining cultural resources.
