产教融合助推杭州市茶文化传承发展的实践与思考——以中华茶奥会“仿宋茗战”为例

摘　　要：茶文化是中华优秀传统文化,在推动和谐社会发展中发挥了重要作用。杭州市茶文化底蕴深厚、茶产业发达,其中政府、茶科研机构、行业、企业、学校的产教融合助推了茶文化的传承和发展。文章分析了杭州市产教融合助推茶文化传承发展的要素,以中华茶奥会“仿宋茗战”赛事为例,分析其推动杭州市茶文化传承与发展的实践路径,同时也提出了构建以学校为主体的校、政、协、企的行业产教融合体,组建校内、外协同的优秀导师队伍,形成“育、训、赛、创”结合的培养机制,提供完善的保障制度等对策建议,以求推动茶业产教融合体的发展。Tea culture is an excellent traditional Chinese culture that plays an important role in promoting the development of a harmonious society.Hangzhou has a profound tea culture and a developed tea industry,with the integration of tea research institutions,industries,enterprises,and schools promoting the inheritance and development of tea culture.This article analyzed the elements that promote the inheritance and development of tea culture through the integration of industry and education in Hangzhou.Taking the"Tea competition imitation Song Dynasty"of the Chinese Tea Olympics as an example,it analyzed its practical path of its impact on the inheritance and development of tea culture in Hangzhou.At the same time,it also proposed to build an industry education integration system with schools as the main body,including schools,governments,associations,and enterprises,to form an excellent mentor team that cooperates with both inside and outside schools,and to form a training mechanism that combines education and training.This study provided a sound guarantee system and promoted the development of the industry education integration in the tea industry.
