摘　　要：数字经济时代,数据要素成为一种新型的生产要素,使得数字经济发展与征信业发展呈现出高度融合、协同发展的趋势。随着海量信用数据的增长和传输,征信数据质量成为征信业高质量发展面临的首要问题。数据要素化和要素数据化、信用机制运行的转变、数字化技术嵌入征信产业链条等都对征信数据质量带来了巨大挑战,亟须创新征信数据质量监管体系。因此,基于征信业务流程,从国家、行业、数据生产者三个层面构建征信数据质量的静态监管体系,从征信数据的采集、储存、加工处理、使用四个环节构建征信数据质量的动态监管体系,强化征信数据质量源头治理,充分释放征信数据要素价值,赋能经济高质量发展。In the era of digital economy,data elements have become a new type of production factor,which makes the development of digital economy and the credit industry highly integrated and coordinated.With the growth and transmission of massive credit data,the quality of credit data has become the top priority for the high-quality development of the credit industry.Due to the data elementalization and factor digitization,the transformation of the operation of the credit mechanism,and the embedding of digital technology into the credit information industry chain have brought huge challenges for the quality of credit data.Therefore,it is urgently needed to innovate the credit data quality supervision system.Therefore,based on the credit business process,a static supervision system for credit data quality is constructed from the national,industry and data producer levels,and a dynamic supervision system for credit data quality is constructed from the four links of credit data collection,storage,processing and use.Accordingly,by strengthening the source governance of date quality,the full potential value of credit data as essential productive factor can be released to empower high-quality economic development.
