摘　　要：挫折教育是思想政治教育的重要内容,其本质是一种价值观教育。大学生群体作为国家的栋梁、民族的希望,肩负着实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命,大学生群体的精神状态、心理健康和价值导向尤为重要。大学生承受着来自各方面的压力,抗挫折能力低的问题比较突出。长征精神是中国共产党在土地革命时期涌现出的伟大精神之一,其内涵丰富。长征精神作为重要的红色资源,与挫折教育内容具有高度契合性,对于实现挫折教育的目标,以及加强当代大学生的思想政治教育有重大意义。将长征精神融入新时代大学生挫折教育,能够为挫折教育提供价值导向和精神支撑,为大学生提供应对挫折的积极心理和基本原则。将长征精神融入挫折教育要在充分发挥思政课主渠道作用的基础上,发挥校园文化的浸润作用以及数字教学对学生独特的吸引力,守正创新推动大学生挫折教育发展。Frustration education is an important part of ideological and political education,and its essence is a kind of value education.As the pillars of the country and the hope of the nation,college students shoulder the historical mission of realizing the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.In recent years,college students have been under pressure from all sides,and the problem of low frustration tolerance has become prominent.The spirit of the Long March is rich in connotation and,as an important patriotic education resource,has a high degree of consistency with the content of frustration education.It is of great significance for achieving the goals of strengthening the ideological and political education of contemporary college students.Integrating the spirit of the Long March into the frustration education of college students in the new era can provide college students with positive psychological and basic principles for dealing with frustration.It is innovative and necessary to give full play to the main channel role of ideological and political courses,the infiltration role of campus culture,and the unique appeal of digital teaching to students,and promote the development of frustration education for college students in the new era while adhering to the correct direction.
