摘  要:为践行大农业观和大食物观,做好“土特产”文章,以推动庐江县食用菌产业提质增效为主题,建立“政府引导+多元参与+市场运作”的发展模式。对目前庐江县食用菌产业发展现状及存在的问题进行认真分析,针对性提出了庐江县今后食用菌产业高质量发展的具体对策,即建基地、稳规模,提品质、树品牌,深加工、畅流通,促融合、延产业链。In order to practice the concept of broad vision of agriculture and grand view of food,and do a good job of'local specialties'articles,with the theme of promoting the quality and efficiency improvement of the edible fungi industry in Lujiang County,the development model of'the guidance of government+diversified participation+the operation of market'was established.The current development status and existing problems of the edible fungi industry in Lujiang County were analyzed,and specific countermeasures for the high-quality development of the edible fungi industry in Lujiang County in the future were proposed.Those were to build bases and stabilize scale,improve quality and establish brand,deep processing and smooth circulation,promote integration and extend the industrial chain.
