摘 要:舱门扭力杆机构是舱门提升时重要的助力部件,它能有效降低舱门提升过程中的手柄力;同时扭力杆机构是疲劳结构件,设计时需考虑疲劳寿命问题。以某型飞机舱门机构为例,介绍了舱门扭力杆机构,提出了扭力杆机构刚度及应力的计算方法,采用基于疲劳寿命的DFR法分析了扭力杆的安全裕度;建立了舱门机构动力学模型,并通过解析算法对模型进行了验证;采用多体动力学软件ADAMS的Design Exploration模块对扭力杆机构进行优化,给出了满足扭力杆目标寿命以及舱门机构手柄力要求的扭力杆机构设计方法,可为舱门机构扭力杆设计优化提供参考。Torsion bar is an important power component which can effectively reduce the handle force during the process of the door lifting.The torsion bar is a fatigue mechanism,and the fatigue life problem should be consid⁃ered in the design.In this paper,the torsion bar of a civil aircraft door is introduced;the calculation method of stiffness and stress is proposed;the safety margin of the torsion bar by DFR method based on the fatigue life is ana⁃lyzed.A dynamics model of the door mechanism is proposed based on multi-body dynamics software ADAMS,and the accuracy of the ADAMS model is verified through comparing with the analytic algorithm.The torsion bar is opti⁃mized using the design exploration module of ADAMS.The design method of torsion bar to meet the target life and handle force of the door mechanism is given.This paper provides reference for the optimization and design of tor⁃sion bar.
