摘  要:设计了一种测量纳秒级高电压脉冲的D-dot探测器,包括微分探头和无源积分器的设计、仿真和实验。该探测器的探头电极可以根据不同的测量器件进行更换,探头电极的轴向长度也可以根据测量需求进行调节。采用CST软件对该探头的电场分布开展了静电场模拟分析,并进行了结构优化,同时利用OrCAD/Pspice软件对D-dot探头、积分器和探测器的幅频响应特性进行了分析,确保探测器的工作频率满足设计要求。利用设计的D-dot探测器开展了纳秒级高电压脉冲测量实验,实验结果表明,设计的D-dot探测器满足前沿时间约37 ns、电压幅值约597 kV的高电压脉冲测量需求。This paper presents the design of a D-dot monitor for measuring nanosecond high voltage pulses,including the design,simulation,and experiments of the probe and integrator.The electrode of the probe can be replaced and its axial length can be adjusted according to different measurement requirements.The structure of the probe is optimized according to the results of simulation on electrostatic field by CST.The amplitude-frequency response of the monitor is simulated by Pspice to ensure that the operating frequency of the monitor meets the design requirements.The D-dot monitor is applied to measure the high voltage pulses with nanosecond level pulse width.The experimental results show that the D-dot monitor meets the measurement requirements for high voltage pulses with rise time of about 37 ns and voltage amplitude of about 597 kV.
