摘 要:目的探讨OBE理念下闯关教学法在中医专业村医学生实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取学校2021级中医专业村医学生为研究对象,以班级为单位分为实验组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。对照组采用传统实践教学模式,实验组增添闯关教学模式。课程结束后对对照组和实验组村医学生进行实践技能考核评价;用量表调查村医学生学习前后的自我导向学习能力;采用两独立样本t检验比较两组学生实践技能操作考试成绩和自我导向学习能力的差异。结果实验组村医学生的实践技能考核成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);课程结束后实验组学生自我导向学习量表得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OBE理念下将闯关教学法引入中医专业村医学生实践教学中可以提高学生的实践技能考核成绩及自我导向学习能力。Objective To explore the application of game scenario-based teaching method in practice teaching under the concept of OBE for rural doctor students Majoring in Chinese Medicine.Methods Rural doctor students majoring in Chinese medicine in Grade 2021 were selected as the study objects,and the experimental group(n=51)and the control group(n=51)were selected as the class unit.The control group adopted the traditional practice teaching mode,and the experimental group added the game scenario-based teaching.After the course,the experimental group and the control group of rural doctor students were evaluated for practical skills;The scale was used to investigate the self-directed learning ability of rural doctor students before and after learning.The t test of two independent samples was used to compare the difference between the two groups of students in practical skill operation test and self-directed learning ability.Re⁃sults The test scores of the rural doctor students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the course,the self-directed learning scale score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The game scenario-based teaching method in practice teaching under the concept of OBE for rural doctor students Majoring in Chinese Medicine can improve the students'practical skills assessment results and self-directed learning ability.
