摘  要:麦芽是一味常见中药,其气味俱薄,味甘性平,归脾、胃、肝经,有消食导滞、健脾和胃、疏肝理气、利湿退黄、回乳消胀等功效。张春馀临床对由肝失疏泄引起的相关疾病,常用麦芽行气导滞、疏肝解郁。通过病案简要介绍张春馀运用麦芽疏肝理气功效之临床经验,以备同道借鉴学习。Malt is a common traditional Chinese medicine,with a thin odor,a sweet and gentle taste,which belongs to the spleen,stomach,and liver meridians.It has the functions of promoting digestion and guiding stagnation,strengthening the spleen and stomach,soothing the liver and regulating Qi,promoting dampness and reducing jaundice,and milk withdrawal and ameliorating distension.ZHANG Chunyu,commonly uses malt to promote qi stagnation and relieve liver depression in clinical practice for diseases caused by liver dysfunction.This article briefly introduces ZHANG Chunyu's clinical experience in using malt to soothe the liver and regulate Qi through medical records,for reference and learning by colleagues.
