摘 要:为进一步提高地铁的性能和运能,缩短列车启动时间,降低车辆启动冲击,实现车辆快速平稳起步,文章通过对列车启动过程的动力学分析,基于永磁地铁车辆提出一种柔性启动方案,用以优化启动过程中各子系统之间的配合,在保证牵引指令有效的同时,实现车辆保持缓解制动的柔性启动。针对车辆后溜防护控制问题,采用增量式PI算法,建立车辆启动过程中主动后溜防护控制系统模型,加强车辆对坡道启动的鲁棒性。该柔性启动方案已完成全线路的性能仿真验证和整车实车测试,仿真与试验结果表明,该启动方案能够适应各种轨道条件,利用现有设备即可实现永磁地铁车辆平稳快速启动。To further improve the performance and capacity of metro systems and ensure fast and smooth train starting,typically characterized by shortened starting durations and reduced jerks during starting,this paper proposes a flexible starting method for metro trains fitted with permanent magnet motors,based on a dynamic analysis of the train starting process.This solution focuses on optimizing cooperation among various subsystems during the starting process.As a result,it facilitates flexible starting for trains that effectively maintains and releases braking,while ensuring the effective implementation of traction instructions.To address train rollback protection and control,an incremental proportional-integral(PI)algorithm was introduced,by establishing an active rollback prevention and control system model specifically for the train starting process,this approach enhanced the robustness of train starting on inclined track sections.Performance simulations and real-world testing with complete metro trains have been conducted to verify the proposed flexible starting method on the entire line.Both simulation and testing results indicate the adaptability of this solution to various track conditions and its effectiveness in achieving smooth and rapid starting of metro trains powered by permanent magnet motors,without requiring modifications to existing equipment.
