摘　　要：为了优化传统招聘业务流程,改善企业和应聘者的招聘体验,本文设计并实现了一个企业招聘系统。系统采用Java语言开发,利用Spring Boot框架构建招聘平台来提升人才匹配度和招聘效率。测试结果显示,该系统有效提升了招聘效率,基本上达到了设计要求,有助于促进企业与人才之间的高效匹配与交流。In order to optimize the traditional recruitment business process and improve the recruitment experience for both enterprises and applicants,this article designs and implements an enterprise recruitment system.The system is developed in Java language and uses the Spring Boot framework to build a recruitment platform to improve talent matching and recruitment efficiency.The test results show that the system effectively improves recruitment efficiency,basically meeting the design requirements,and helps promote efficient matching and communication between enterprises and talents.
