摘 要:全国新型工业化推进大会明确提出,要大力推动数字技术与实体经济深度融合,不断增强推进新型工业化的动力与活力。各地方在利用新一代信息技术赋能制造业高质量发展方面采取了诸多实践,取得了较好成效。本文分析了新型工业化背景下,新一代信息技术对制造业高质量发展的历史定位与丰富内涵,研究了其他国家在制造业高质量发展方面的主要做法,梳理总结了我国地方推进制造业数字化转型应遵循集群溢出、分业施策、优势带动、生态建设的主要路径,并分析了目前面临的困难和挑战,提出了下一步的意见建议,为不同地区推动制造业高质量发展提供有益参考。The National Conference on Promoting New-type Industrialization has emphasized the imperative to vigorously propel the profound integration of digital technology with the real economy and consistently augment the impetus and dynamism for advancing new-type industrialization.Numerous initiatives undertaken across different regions to harness next-generation information and communication technologies for steering the high-quality advancement of manufacturing industries have yielded commendable outcomes.This article scrutinizes the historical positioning and extensive connotations of new-generation information and communication technologies in fostering the high-quality development of manufacturing industries within the framework of new-type industrialization,examines key practices adopted by other nations in promoting high-quality development in manufacturing industries,consolidates primary pathways for driving digital transformation in manufacturing industries that local governments should adhere to,namely cluster spillover,sector-specific policies,advantage-driven strategies,and ecological construction.Additionally,it analyzes existing difficulties and challenges while proposing recommendations for future steps forward,offering valuable insights for facilitating high-quality development of manufacturing industries across diverse regions.
