摘 要:党的二十届三中全会提出,加快推进新型工业化,培育壮大先进制造业集群,推动制造业高端化、智能化、绿色化发展。轻工业作为我国具有传统优势和国际竞争力的支柱产业,目前正处于关键转型期。在新型工业化背景下,如何围绕高端化、智能化、绿色化,发展新质生产力,成为轻工业当前的重要课题。本文将重点针对新型工业化背景下轻工业绿色转型路径展开研究,在充分调查的基础上,以陶瓷、造纸、发酵、电池、家电5个典型行业为样本,总结提炼出轻工业推动绿色转型、实现高质量发展的四大路径方向和五个方面举措,为轻工业制定经济政策、实施宏观调控、推进高质量发展等提供重要参考。The Third Plenum of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the promotion of new-type industrialization,cultivate and strengthen advanced manufacturing clusters,and promote the high-end,intelligent,and green development of the manufacturing industry.As a pillar industry with traditional advantages and international competitiveness in China,light industry has entered a critical period of transformation.In the context of new-type industrialization,how to develop new quality productivity around high-end,intelligent,and green development has become an important issue for light industry at present.This article will focus on the research of the green transformation path of light industry under the background of new-type industrialization.Based on a thorough investigation,this article summarizes and extracts four major paths and five measures for promoting green transformation and achieving high-quality development in the light industry,using five typical industries including ceramics,papermaking,fermentation,batteries,and home appliances as samples.It provides important references for the formulation of economic policies,implementation of macroeconomic regulation,and promotion of high-quality development in the light industry.
