摘　　要：文化科技伦理风险具有多样性与差异性、阶段性与时代性、全球化与本土化交织等特征。中国文化科技伦理正面临文化价值认同失真、文化参与主体失衡、文化数据存储失范、文创产品权责失序和文化安全防线失固等诸多风险。文化科技伦理风险预警必须坚持文化科技领域党的领导地位、以人为本、多方共建和网格管理,通过强化专业能力、畅通收传路径、完善体制机制、对接下游产业、加强教育推广等措施,构建起全面有效的预警机制,助推建设中国式现代化文化强国。The risks associated with cultural and sci-tech ethics are characterized by diversity and disparity,phased and epochal nature,as well as the intertwining of globalization and localization.The cultural and sci-tech ethics in China are currently confronting a multitude of risks,including the distortion of cultural value recognition,imbalance in cultural participation entities,irregularities in cultural data storage,disorder in the rights and responsibilities of cultural creative products,and the weakening of cultural security defenses.The early warning of cultural and sci-tech ethics risks must adhere to the leadership of the Party in the cultural and technological fields,uphold people-oriented approach,involve multi-party collaboration,and implement grid management.By strengthening professional capabilities,smoothing the collection and transmission pathways,improving institutional mechanisms,connecting with downstream industries,and enhancing educational promotion,a comprehensive and effective early warning mechanism can be established to propel the construction of a cultural powerhouse with Chinese path to modernization.
