错[牙合]畸形患者上腭形态与鼻中隔偏曲状况的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究错[牙合]畸形患者鼻中隔偏曲状况与腭部形态的相关性。方法选取167例错[牙合]畸形患者的锥形束CT,分析鼻中隔偏曲角度(SDA)、鼻中隔偏曲距离(DSW)、鼻中隔垂直长度(NSVL)与上腭宽度(MPW)、腭弓深度(PAD)、上腭腭弓角度(MPAA)、腭弓相对深度(PAD/PIL)、腭牙槽间长度(PIL)的相关性。结果DSW与PAD、PAD/PIL、MPAA呈负相关(P<0.05);NSVL与MPW、PIL、PAD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论腭弓形态与鼻中隔偏曲密切相关,临床上对错[牙合]畸形患者腭弓形态的评价对鼻中隔偏曲的诊断有参考意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between nasal septum deviation and palatal morphology in patients with malocclusion.Methods Cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)images of 167 patients with malocclusion were selected.The nasal septum deviation angle(SDA),nasal septum deviation width(DSW),and nasal septum vertical length(NSVL)were analyzed for their correlation with maxillary palatal width(MPW),palatal arch depth(PAD),maxillary palatal arch angle(MPAA),relative palatal depth(PAD/PIL),and palatal interalveolar length(PIL).Results DSW showed a negative correlation with PAD,PAD/PIL,and MPAA(P<0.05).NSVL was positively correlated with MPW,PIL,and PAD(P<0.05).Conclusion The morphology of the palatal arch is closely related to nasal septum deviation.Clinically,the evaluation of palatal arch morphology in patients with malocclusion has reference significance for the diagnosis of nasal septum deviation.
