摘　　要：目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者代谢综合征各组分的影响。方法回顾性分析551例NAFLD患者的临床资料,按照是否感染Hp分为Hp阳性组和Hp阴性组。比较两组患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标。结果Hp阳性组BMI、SBP、DBP、FBG、TG高于Hp阴性组,HDL-C低于Hp阴性组。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:Hp阳性、BMI、DBP、FBG、TG是NAFLD的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论Hp感染后增加NAFLD的患病风险,并对NAFLD患者的代谢综合征各组分指标产生影响。Objective To analyze the impact of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection on the components of metabolic syndrome in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods The clinical data of 551 NAFLD patients were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the Hp-positive and Hp-negative groups based on Hp infection status.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglycerides(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were compared between the two groups.Results The Hp-positive group had higher BMI,SBP,DBP,FBG,and TG levels compared to the Hp-negative group,while HDL-C levels were lower in the Hp-positive group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Hp positivity,BMI,DBP,FBG,and TG were influencing factors for NAFLD(P<0.05).Conclusion Hp infection increases the risk of NAFLD and affects the components of metabolic syndrome in NAFLD patients.
