摘  要:船舶柴油机轴系平直与否对维持柴油机正常运行具有重要意义。通过对船舶柴油机运行工况、传动轴系状态判断技术进行分析,对曲轴轴系气动柔性自动校正技术控制装置进行了探索设计并解析其调节与控制原理,比较分析了其技术优势及创新点、技术可靠性与适用性。船舶气动柔性自动校正技术的开发,降低了轴系运转功率的损耗,改善了柴油机的运行状态,提高了柴油机运行经济性,同时降低了主柴油机的废气排放,对环境保护也起着积极作用。The straightness of the marine diesel engine shafting is of great significance for maintaining the normal operating conditions of the diesel engine.By analyzing the operating conditions of the marine diesel engine and the state-judgment technology of the transmission shafting,it explores and designs the control device of the pneumatic flexible automatic correction technology for the crankshaft shafting and analyzes its adjustment and control principles.It also makes a comparative analysis of its technical advantages and innovation points,as well as technical reliability and applicability.The development of the marine pneumatic flexible intelligent correction technology reduces the power loss of the shafting operation,improves the operating conditions of the diesel engine,enhances the operating economy of the diesel engine,and meanwhile reduces the exhaust emissions of the main diesel engine,which also plays a positive role in environmental protection.
