江苏“专转本”推进职普融通的演进历程、现实困境与未来路向

摘　　要：职普融通是现代职教体系建设的重要维度。江苏“专转本”是推进职普融通的重要途径,是江苏省专科毕业生升入本科院校继续深造的主要载体和形式。经过二十多年的改革发展,江苏“专转本”具有鲜明的适应性、技术性和公平性特征,在推进职普融通过程中发挥了重要作用。但在现代职教体系语境下,江苏“专转本”依然存有职普融合类型特色不够鲜明、职普沟通招生通道不够顺畅、职普衔接考试体系不够完善三方面问题。更高质量地推进职普融通,需要进一步明确性质定位更好促进职普融合、拓宽招生通道更好完善职普沟通、调整考试体系更好优化职普衔接。The integration of vocational and general education is an important dimension in the construction of a modern vocational education system.The“Specialized Junior College to Undergraduate Transition”in Jiangsu is an important approach to promote the integration of vocational and general education,and it is the main carrier and form for junior college graduates in Jiangsu Province to enter undergraduate institutions for further study.After more than twenty years of reform and development,the“Specialized Junior College to Undergraduate Transition”in Jiangsu has distinct characteristics of adaptability,technicality and fairness,and has played an important role in promoting the integration of vocational and general education.However,in the context of the modern vocational education system,there are still three problems in the“Specialized Junior College to Undergraduate Transition”in Jiangsu:the characteristics of the integration type of vocational and general education are not distinct enough,the enrollment channels for the communication between vocational and general education are not smooth enough,and the examination system for the connection between vocational and general education is not perfect enough.To promote the integration of vocational and general education with higher quality,it is necessary to further clarify the nature and positioning to better promote the integration of vocational and general education,broaden the enrollment channels to better improve the communication between vocational and general education,and adjust the examination system to better optimize the connection between vocational and general education.
