摘  要:随着大数据时代的来临,高职教育面临着新的发展机遇与挑战,“新工匠精神”的培育成为重要课题。在分析大数据背景下高职教育中“新工匠精神”的内涵与特征的基础上,探讨其培育的必要性。通过深入调研,梳理当前高职教育在“新工匠精神”培育方面存在的问题,从课程体系构建、教学模式创新、师资队伍建设、实践平台打造以及校园文化营造等多维度出发,探索契合大数据时代要求的有效培育路径,旨在为提升高职学生职业素养、推动高职教育高质量发展提供有益参考。With the advent of the big data era,higher vocational education is faced with new development opportunities and challenges,and the cultivation of the“new craftsman spirit”has become an important topic.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the“new craftsman spirit”in higher vocational education under the background of big data,it explores the necessity of its cultivation.Through in-depth research,it combs the problems existing in the cultivation of the“new craftsman spirit”in current higher vocational education.Starting from multiple dimensions such as curriculum system construction,teaching mode innovation,teaching staff construction,practical platform building,and campus culture creation,it explores effective cultivation paths that meet the requirements of the big data era,aiming to provide useful reference for improving the professional quality of higher vocational students and promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
