摘 要:强化医学生创新能力培养是卓越医师培养的必然要求,也是健康中国战略实施的关键,已成为我国高等医学教育改革的重要内容。教研团队在建构主义理论指导下,秉承学生中心、成效导向、全面发展的理念,经过近20年的探索,探索构建了“一心双核、三重四维”医学生创新能力培养模式。该培养模式聚焦以学生发展为中心,坚持以科研能力和横向技能培养为核心,注重全面发展培养、全科研流程培养、全方位育人培养,以创新课程建设为依托,以教师创新育人能力提升为抓手,以创新项目实施为载体,以创新竞赛活动为驱动的四位一体的创新育人路径,实现了师资、课程、项目、资源、竞赛等创新育人关键要素的有效整合,弥补了长期以来学生创新能力培养主要依靠零散的课外科研活动、缺乏系统科研思维训练和科研全流程实践等的局限性,为地方医学院校更高效率提升创新育人成效、促进学生全面发展提供了借鉴与参考。The development of innovation ability in medical students is one of the requirements for the cultivation of outstanding physicians,is the key to the implementation of the“Healthy China”strategy,and is also an important part of the reform in medical education in China.Guided by the Constructivist Theory,the project team has explored for nearly 20 years and constructed a model of“One center,two cores,three focuses,and four dimensions”to cultivate the innovation ability in medical students.The authors adhere to the concepts of student-centeredness,outcome orientation,and all-round development.This cultivation model is characterized by one center(student development),two cores(scientific research ability and horizontal skills),three focuses(all-round development,whole scientific research process,and all-round education),and four dimensions(relying on the construction of innovative courses,starting with improving teachers’innovative education ability,implementing innovative projects,and entering innovative competitions).This model has integrated the key elements of innovative education,including teaching staff,courses,projects,resources,and competitions,making up for the long-standing limitations in the cultivation of innovative ability in the students.There were only scattered extracurricular scientific research activities for the students;both systematic training of scientific research thinking and practice throughout the whole scientific research process were unavailable.This paper aims to improve the effectiveness of innovative education and promote the all-round development of students,providing reference for other local medical colleges and universities.
