摘 要:以美国情报高校机构、情报教育相关文献为研究对象,分析其法规政策、教学手册、培养方案,总结提炼出美国引领情报教育快速发展的方法理念。国家安全环境以及情报界的愿景、职能任务和人员能力素质等是推动美国情报教育发展的重要因素。专业协会、高等院校、私营机构与相关情报机构承担着美国情报人才培养的主要任务,并由此形成了科研带动教学、联合培养情报人才、依托科学技术建设教研环境、其他学科专业赋能专业化情报教育等特色鲜明的情报教育理念。研究旨在分析20多年来美国情报教育改革发展的驱动因素,挖掘其背后形成的教育理念,为我国军事情报教育教学改革提供参考。This study takes U.S.intelligence educational institutions and relevant literature on intelligence education as its research subjects,analyzing their regulations,policy,teaching manuals,and training programs to summarize the methods and concepts that have led to the rapid development of intelligence education in the U.S..The national security environment,the vision,functional tasks,and capabilities and quality of personnel of the intelligence community are significant factors driving the development of U.S.intelligence education.Professional associations,colleges and universities,private institutions,and relevant intelligence agencies are the main entities responsible for the cultivation of intelligence talents,forming distinctive intelligence education concepts such as research-driven teaching,joint cultivation of intelligence talents,construction of teaching and research environments based on science and technology,and empowerment of specialized intelligence education by other disciplines and majors.By analyzing the driving factors behind the reform and development of U.S.intelligence education over the past two decades,this study explores the educational philosophy that has been formed and provides reference for the reform of military intelligence education and teaching in China.
