摘 要:群体化学习是秉承开源软件开放共创理念所衍生出的一种新兴社会化在线学习模式,已在计算机领域知识技能的学习训练和产业创新方面取得了显著成效。聚焦我军军事职业教育当前所面临的现实挑战,通过深入分析群体化学习的模式特点及其在地方职业教育领域的成功实践,探讨其与军事职业教育的融合应用,分析其在促进官兵之间、部队之间以及部队与院校之间群体协作方面的优势和潜力,以期为促进军事职业教育创新发展提供借鉴。Crowdsourced Learning(CL)is an emerging social learning model derived from the idea of open-source software.At present,it has achieved remarkable results in the learning and training of knowledge and skills in the computer science field as well as in industrial innovation.This paper focuses on the practical challenges currently faced by military vocational education in the Chinese military.Through analyzing the characteristics of CL and its successful practices in the field of local vocational education,it explores the integrated application of CL in military vocational education and analyzes its advantages and potentials in promoting crowd collaboration among officers and soldiers,among troops,and between troops and military colleges,providing references for promoting the innovative development of military vocational education.
