文献主导的博士生课程教学实践——以“现代通信理论”课程教学为例

摘  要:课程教学是博士生培养的重要手段与途径。传统培养体系往往更加重视科研实践,课程教学与科研实践联系不够紧密,没有形成相互促进、有机融合的模式机制。根据“现代通信理论”课程教学特点,结合教学目标、教学内容要求,提出文献主导的课程教学模式,通过文献阅读、研讨等方式组织课堂教学。这一教学模式真正贯彻了“以学生为主体、以教师为引领”的现代教育思想,充分调动了师生双方的积极性与创造性,在打破博士研究生培养过程中课程教学与科研实践之间的壁垒方面,提供了具有创新价值的探索路径。Course learning plays a key role in doctoral training.The traditional training system often places more emphasis on scientific research practice,and the connection between curriculum teaching and scientific research practice is not close enough,without forming a mutually reinforcing and organically integrated mode and mechanism.Based on the teaching characteristics of the“Modern Communication Theory”course,combined with the teaching objectives and content requirements,a literature-led teaching mode is proposed,in which classroom teaching is organized through literature reading,discussion,and other methods.The modern educational concepts,such as“student-centered”and“teacher-guided”,have been put into practice in this teaching model,which also arouses the enthusiasm and creativity of both teachers and students.It is a valuable and creative attempt to break down the barriers between curriculum teaching and scientific research in doctoral training.
