民族地区高技术产业发展与中华民族共同体意识的三重融合

摘　　要：文章通过对民族地区高技术产业创新效率进行实证分析,探讨其在铸牢中华民族共同体意识方面的关键作用。研究发现:尽管民族地区高技术产业创新效率和技术进步整体上呈现上升趋势,但波动较大,且内部差异显著。这些差异主要源于要素集聚未能形成规模效益,以及全要素生产率受外部环境影响显著,技术进步与综合效率提升并未形成有效匹配,龙头企业在高技术研发中扮演重要角色。尽管规模效率的差异有所缩小,但纯技术效率的差异正在扩大,表明在加大资源投入以形成空间集聚规模的同时,需要优化管理水平和相关政策法规。基于上述发现,文章进一步分析了民族地区高技术产业与铸牢中华民族共同体意识融合的三重路径:一是通过要素集聚和规模效益的提升,强化地区经济的共同繁荣基础,为多民族共生共荣奠定物质基础;二是通过技术进步和创新能力的增强,推动民族地区的自主发展和文化自信,使其成为共同奋斗的核心动力;三是通过效率优化与政策支持的有机结合,为高技术产业的健康发展提供制度保障,确保社会公正以及民族平等。This paper conducts an empirical analysis of the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in ethnic areas and explores their critical role in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.It is found that while the innovation efficiency and technological progress of high-tech industries in these areas exhibit an overall advancement,they feature significant fluctuations and pronounced internal disparities,primarily arising from the failure of factor agglomeration to achieve economies of scale,significant external environmental impacts on total factor productivity,and the mismatch between technological progress and the enhancement of comprehensive efficiency.Leading enterprises play a pivotal role in high-tech research and development.Although disparities in scale efficiency have been narrowed,differences in pure technical efficiency are expanding,which indicates that alongside increased resource investment to form spatial agglomeration economies,it is crucial to optimize management practices and relevant policies and regulations.Based on these findings,this paper further examines the three-level integration of high-tech industry development with the sense of community for the Chinese nation in ethnic areas in the following aspects:first,enhancing factor agglomeration and achieving economies of scale to strengthen the economic foundation for regional prosperity and lay the foundation for multi-ethnic coexistence and shared development,second,driving technological progress and innovation capabilities to foster regional self-reliance and cultural confidence as a core driving force for collective progress,third,optimizing efficiency and policy support to provide institutional safeguards for the sustainable development of high-tech industries,ensuring social justice and equality among ethnic groups.
