摘　　要：肿瘤微环境是一个动态的、复杂的系统,它不仅包括肿瘤基质细胞,还包括细胞外基质及多种生物活性分子。这些成分之间通过复杂的相互作用,共同影响着肿瘤的发生、发展和转移。胆管癌是一种复杂的恶性肿瘤,其发生发展与肿瘤微环境中的多种细胞类型相互作用密切相关。胆管癌的肿瘤微环境由一系列免疫细胞组成,这些细胞通过释放细胞因子、化学因子及促炎症的介质,构建了一个免疫抑制的环境,从而促进胆管癌细胞的存活、增殖和转移。The tumor microenvironment is a dynamic and complex system,which includes not only tumor stromal cells,but also extracellular matrix and a variety of bioactive molecules.These components affect the occurrence,development and metastasis of tumors through complex interactions.Cholangiocarcinoma is a complex malignant tumor,and its development is closely related to the interaction of multiple cell types in the tumor microenvironment.The tumor microenvironment of cholan giocarcinoma consists of a series of immune cells that create an immunosuppressive environment by releasing cytokines,chemical factors and pro-inflammatory mediators,thereby promoting the survival,proliferation and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma cells.
