摘　　要：乳腺增生分为单纯性增生和乳腺囊性增生,是乳腺组织在结构、数量及形态上表现出异常的乳腺疾病。乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,普遍认为发病机制与内分泌失调、饮食和遗传因素有关。目前乳腺癌已成为致女性死亡人数最多的肿瘤疾病,乳腺增生中的囊性增生又由于病理性改变的特征与乳腺癌存在联系,少数病例可能演变成肿瘤性增生,因此有效防治乳腺癌和乳腺增生,对保护女性健康具有重要的研究价值。本文从对细胞增殖、分化、自噬、迁移和侵袭等功能密切相关的磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(AKT)途径出发,探讨乳腺癌与乳腺增生与此途径相关的发病机制,以及中医药对乳腺癌和乳腺增生可能存在的干预作用,旨在为临床靶向诊治乳腺癌和乳腺增生提供一定的参考和依据。Breast hyperplasia is classified into simple hyperplasia and cystic breast hyperplasia,which are breast diseases in which the breast tissue shows abnormalities in structure,quantity and morphology.Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumours in women,and it is widely believed that the pathogenesis is related to endocrine disorders,diet and genetic factors.At present,breast cancer has become the most common tumour disease that causes the most deaths in women,and cystic hyperplasia in breast hyperplasia is associated with breast cancer due to the characteristics of pathological changes,and may evolve into tumorous hyperplasia in a small number of cases,so effective prevention and treatment of breast cancer and breast hyperplasia are of great research value to protect women's health.In this paper,we start from the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)pathway,which is closely related to the functions of cell proliferation,differentiation,autophagy,migration and invasion,and discuss the pathogenesis of breast cancer and breast hyperplasia associated with this pathway,as well as the possible interventional effects of traditional Chinese medicine on breast cancer and breast hyperplasia,which are intended to provide a reference and basis for the clinical targeting of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and breast hyperplasia.The aim is to provide some reference and basis for clinical targeted diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and breast enlargement.
