摘  要:搭建PEMFC电堆进气系统模型,将滑模控制器加载到PEMFC电堆进气系统模型中进行仿真研究。结果显示PEMFC电堆进气系统的阴极压力在0.1 s可以跟踪上设定的目标值,在10 s能达到稳定,与目标值的稳态误差小于1%;PEMFC电堆的过氧比在3 s处达到目标值,最大超调量为1.6;PEMFC电堆净功率在2.7 s跟踪上目标值,最高净功率达到53.6 kW,稳态误差小于0.1%,验证了滑模控制器的准确性和有效性。A PEMFC intake system model was built,and the sliding mode controller was loaded into the PEMFC intake system model for simulation research.The results show that the cathode pressure of the PEMFC stack intake system can track the set target value within 0.1 s and reach stability within 10 s,with the steady-state error from the target value being less than 1%.The oxygen excess ratio of the PEMFC stack reaches the target value at 3 s,with a maximum overshoot of 1.6.The net power of the PEMFC stack tracks the target value at 2.7 s,with the maximum net power reaching 53.6 kW and the steady-state error being less than 0.1%,which verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the sliding mode controller.
