摘 要:针对PVC地板加工过程中锁扣轮廓测量存在有损、耗时高及数字化低的问题,研制了一套基于线激光传感器阵列的PVC地板锁扣测量系统.该系统采用多角度的线激光传感器阵列实现对PVC地板锁扣的完整测量.提出了一种基于三维标定块的全局标定方法,利用曲率特征提取各传感器获取的标定块数据,通过刚性变换进行粗配准,并采用双向迭代最近点(iterative dual closest point,DCP)算法进行精确配准,以实现线激光传感器阵列的全局标定,以此来提高系统测量精度.实验结果表明,本系统对标准量块测量的最大偏差为0.012 mm.对于合格的锁扣,其测量轮廓与参考轮廓配准的均方根误差为0.018 mm,最大偏差为0.051 mm,满足PVC地板高精度测量的需求.To address the challenges of destructive testing,high time consuming,and insufficient digitizing for the contour measurement of lock joints during the PVC flooring manufacturing process,a measurement system was developed based on the line-laser sensor array.Utilizing a multi-angle arrangement of multiple line-laser sensors,the system was arranged to achieve comprehensive measurement of the PVC flooring lock joint.A global calibration method with three-dimensional calibration block was proposed to improve measurement accuracy.Extracting curvature features from the calibration block data captured by each sensor,and executing coarse alignment with rigid transformation,the system was arranged to carry out precise alignment based on the iterative dual closest point(DCP)algorithm.The global calibration of the multi-line-laser-sensor array was finally achieved,so as to improve the precision of the proposed measurement system.The experimental results show that a maximum deviation of 0.012 mm can only appear in the measuring process of standard gauge block.A root mean square error 0.018 mm(RMSE)between the measured and refereed contours for the regular lock joints,and a maximum deviation 0.051 mm are meet for the high-precision measurement requirements of the PVC flooring.
