摘 要:对复配不同比例表面活性剂FA-6的脱脂剂配方进行了测试,分别从渗透性、起泡性、乳化力和脱脂性能等方面对比以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP-10为主的脱脂剂。结果表明,脱脂剂复配表面活性剂FA-6后,渗透性和乳化力均显著提高,而起泡性有所下降,从而提高了脱脂率及对猪皮的脱脂性能,可将FA-6替代AEO-9和NP-10,用作皮革脱脂剂的主要组分。A study was conducted to evaluate the performance of degreaser formulations containing varying ratios of the surfactant FA-6,in comparison to AEO-9 and NP-10-based degreasers.The assessments focused on penetration,foaming,emulsification,and overall degreasing effectiveness.The findings revealed that incorporating FA-6 into the degreaser formulation significantly enhanced its permeability and emulsification capabilities,while simultaneously reducing foaming.Consequently,this led to improved degreasing rates and overall performance on pigskin.Based on these results,FA-6 can be considered as a viable alternative to AEO-9 and NP-10 as the primary component in leather degreasing agents.
