摘  要:在热轧板带生产线中,助卷辊伺服控制技术的性能直接关系到带钢的卷取质量和生产的稳定运行。本文以某钢铁企业热连轧生产线卷取机的液压伺服系统为研究对象,深入分析该系统的动态行为特征,针对该系统在钢带生产过程中卷取涨经不稳定的问题,提出改进优化方案,有效改善伺服控制瞬时机械冲击,提升设备控制精度和使用寿命,为液压伺服系统的控制优化提供理论依据与实践参考。In hot-rolled strip production lines,the performance of the servo control technology for coiling assist rolls directly affects the coiling quality of the strip steel and the stable operation of production.This paper takes the hydraulic servo system of the coiler in a hot continuous rolling production line of a steel enterprise as the research object,and deeply analyzes the dynamic behavior characteristics of this system.Aiming at the issue of unstable coiling diameter in the strip steel production process,an improved optimization scheme is proposed,which effectively mitigates the instantaneous mechanical impact of servo control,enhances the control accuracy and service life of the equipment,and provides theoretical basis and practical references for the control optimization of hydraulic servo systems.
