摘　　要：本研究以攀枝花烟草公司为案例,探讨数字化转型背景下企业战略管理的革新。面对税利测算精准落地的诸多挑战,积极探索智慧管理的新道路,通过引入先进的数字化工具和数学模型算法,旨在打破财务与业务壁垒,实现“业财一体化”。通过构建“241税利测算数字化应用体系”,成功提升了税利预测的精准度与决策科学性,为高质量发展提供了有力支撑。This study takes Panzhihua Tobacco Company as a case to explore the innovation of corporate strategic management under the background of digital transformation.Faced with the many challenges of accurately implementing tax and profit estimation,this research actively explores new paths for intelligent management.By introducing advanced digital tools and mathematical model algorithms,it aims to break down barriers between finance and business operations to achieve“integration of business and finance.”Through the construction of the“241 Digital Application System for Tax and Profit Estimation,”the precision of tax and profit forecasting and the scientific nature of decision-making have been successfully enhanced,providing strong support for high-quality development.
