摘 要:U-S伙伴协作背景下的大学教师情感既影响合作意愿和合作成效,又影响大学教师的专业发展。采用质化的个案研究,对五位大学教师进行深度访谈后发现:伙伴协作背景下的大学教师情感体验丰富,既有兴趣、热爱、快乐和自豪等正向情感,也有茫然、忐忑、内疚和遗憾等负向情感。伙伴协作背景下的大学教师情感具有导向功能、激励功能、调节功能和个体享用功能。为充分发挥其情感功能,需要对伙伴协作背景下的大学教师情感进行自我管理和组织管理。The emotion of university teachers under the background of U-S partnership is not only related to their willingness and effectiveness of cooperation,but also related to the professional development of university teachers.The paper uses a qualitative case study to conduct in-depth interviews with five university teachers.It’s found that under the background of U-S partnership,university teachers have rich emotional experience,including positive emotions such as interest,love,happiness and pride,as well as negative emotions such as confusion,anxiety,guilt and regret.The emotion of university teachers under the background of U-S partnership has the functions of guidance,motivation,adjustment and individual enjoyment.In order to give full play to their emotional function,it is necessary to carry the self-management and organizational management of university teachers’emotions under the background of U-S partnership.
