基于时序遥感数据的商南县耕地非农化特征及驱动因子分析

摘  要:耕地非农化信息的快速准确获取对于耕地资源的管理及相关政策的实施具有重要意义。为探究商南县2010~2020年耕地非农化的变化规律,以谷歌地球引擎(Google Earth Engine,GEE)为平台,采用随机森林方法进行分类,基于多时相Landsat遥感影像获取商南县2010、2015、2020年耕地时空分布信息,并通过土地转移矩阵、地理探测器及网格单元等方法,对商南县耕地非农化的重要特征及驱动因子进行分析。结果表明:①基于GEE平台的随机森林方法可有效获取商南县耕地信息,土地利用分类总体精度高于88%,Kappa系数大于0.85。②商南县耕地空间分布不均匀,多分布于中部及东南部地区;非农化类型主要为园林地,转化地类主要集中于商南县中部和东南部地区;耕地面积不断减少,非农化整体呈现越来越快的趋势。③自然和社会因素对耕地非农化具有共同驱动的作用,而自然因子作为耕地非农化的先决条件,人类活动在自然因素限制下对耕地非农化的影响可由社会因子进行反映。商南县耕地非农化的主要自然驱动因素为土壤类型,而在社会因素中到公路距离因子对于耕地非农化转变的影响力最大,说明适宜耕种的土壤类型、快速的经济发展对商南县耕地非农化影响较大。The basic carrier of grain production is farmland.The rapid and accurate acquisition of non-agricultur⁃al information of farmland is of great significance to the management of farmland resources and the implementa⁃tion of related policies.In order to explore the non-agricultural changes of farmland in Shangnan County in re⁃cent 10 years,Google Earth Engine(GEE)was used as the platform,random forest method was used for clas⁃sification,and temporal and spatial distribution information of farmland in Shangnan County in 2010,2015 and 2020 was obtained based on multi-temporal Landsat remote sensing images.By means of land transfer matrix,geographic detector technique and grid element method,the important characteristics and driving factors of nonagricultural farmland in Shangnan County were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The random forest meth⁃od based on GEE platform could effectively obtain farmland information in Shangnan County,the overall accu⁃racy of land use classification was higher than 88%,and the Kappa coefficient was greater than 0.85.(2)The spatial distribution of farmland in Shangnan County is uneven,mostly distributed in the central and southeastern regions,the farmland area is decreasing continuously,and the non-agricultural development is showing a trend of increasing.The non-agricultural type of farmland is mainly garden land,and the conversion land is mainly concentrated in the central and southeastern areas of Shangnan County.(3)Natural and social factors have a common driving effect on the non-agricultural conversion of farmland,and natural factors are the prerequisite for the non-agricultural conversion of farmland,and the influence of human activities on the non-agricultural conversion of farmland under the limitation of natural factors can be reflected by social factors.The main natural driving factor of farmland non-agricultural transformation in Shangnan County is soil type,and the social factor from road distance has the greatest influence on the transformation of farmland n
