“两新”视阈下政治学与行政学专业人才培养模式创新

摘　　要：当前,加快形成发展新质生产力战略任务和新文科建设要求使政治学与行政学专业人才培养迎来新的发展契机和挑战。该文秉持问题导向,通过深入广泛的调研、分析指出,目前部分高校政治学与行政学专业人才培养存在培养目标定位不准确、难以满足时代新要求,专业资源整合不科学、课程与社会发展需求不匹配,师资队伍结构不合理、教学能力与培养目标有差距,课程思政教学不深入、爱国报国素质教育相对薄弱等四个方面的问题,并通过对问题存在的原因剖析提出从以下五个方面推动政治学与行政学专业人才培养模式创新,即主动识变、精准定位,重构人才培养目标;要素融入、课程群组,打造跨学科教学团队与合作平台;强化合作、理实融通,全面开展案例项目沉浸式教学;系统挖掘、思政融汇,全员担起立德树人责任;建章立制、闭环管理,不断完善质量保障与评价体系。At present,the strategic task of accelerating the development of new quality productive forces and the requirements of new liberal arts construction have ushered in new development opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of political science and administration professionals.This paper follows the problem-oriented approach and points out through in-depth and extensive research and analysis that,at present,the cultivation of talents for political science and administration majors in some universities is characterized by inaccurate orientation of training objectives,difficulty in meeting the new requirements of the times,unscientific integration of professional resources,mismatch between curriculum and social development needs,unreasonable structure of teaching staff,and gap between teaching ability and training objectives;the curriculum ideological and political teaching is not in-depth,and patriotic service quality education is relatively weak,etc.Through the analysis of the reasons for the existence of the problems,it is proposed to promote the innovation of the talent training model of political science and administration from the following five aspects:to proactively identify changes,accurately position,and reconstruct talent training objectives;to integrate elements,curriculum group to create interdisciplinary teaching team and cooperation platform;to strengthen cooperation and practical integration,and comprehensively carry out immersive teaching of case projects;to mine systematically and integrate ideological and political education with all staff taking up moral responsibility;to establish rules and regulations,closed-loop management,and constantly improve the quality assurance and evaluation system.
