职业本科院校专业结构与产业结构高级化适配度研究

摘　　要：职业本科作为高层次职业教育主要面向高端产业和产业高端培养复合型创新技术技能人才。为厘清职业本科专业结构和产业结构高级化的适配情况,本研究创新性地引入点映射适配函数测算适配度。根据测算结果来看,全国职业本科适配程度呈向好趋势,97%的学校达到相对适配状态。适配状态可细分为多个层次,其中优势适配状态的占34.4%;标准适配状态的占43.7%;松散适配状态的占18.8%;不适配状态的占3.1%。为进一步提升适配程度,应依据区域产业结构,动态调整职业本科院校专业布局,加强现有职业本科专业的内涵建设,打造产教对接信息服务大数据平台,运用大数据赋能专业设置和产业结构高级化精准适配,以期实现教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有效衔接与协同发展。As a form of high-level vocational education,vocational undergraduate programs primarily aim to cultivate interdisciplinary,innovative,and skilled technical talents for high-end industries and industrial high-end.In order to clarify the adaptability of the specialized structure of vocational undergraduate programs and the advanced industrial structure,this study introduces the point mapping adaptability function as an innovative approach to measure the adaptability degree.The findings indicate that the adaptability degree of vocational undergraduate programs in China shows a positive trend,with 97%of the schools reaching the relative adaptability status.The adaptability status can be subdivided into several levels,among which,34.4%are in an advantageous adaptability status,43.7%in a standard adaptability status,18.8%in a loose adaptability status,and 3.1%in the non-adaptability status.In order to further improve the adaptability,it is essential to dynamically adjust the distribution of majors in vocational undergraduate colleges in accordance with regional industrial structures,strengthen the internal construction of existing vocational undergraduate programs,establish a big data platform for industry-education information integration services,and utilize big data to precisely match major offerings with industrial structure upgrading.These efforts will help realize the effective connection and synergistic development of the education chain,talent chain,industrial chain,and innovation chain.
