摘 要:既有研究基本落脚政策本身与执行的病症,忽视目标群体对政策的叙事和理解,而聚焦定向师范生的选择和发展的文献,或局限动机维度,或落入“先天光环”和“道德化”的套路,还忽视了专业或职业选择背后的权力规则和动态变化。借鉴家长制权威和职业忠诚的相关理论,并以研究团队开展的长期和区域性师范生成长数据库为依托,基于三角互证策略对华东地区部分省属重点师范大学的乡村定向师范生进行混合考察,集合自我民族志、访谈和大规模调查等方法,系统展现家庭权力和个体选择对定向师范生职业忠诚施加的影响及其动态变化。定向师范生的职业选择背后藏匿着传统家长制权威的干预行为,但在经历关键事件之后,职业动机的动态变化开始呈现自我赋权的特点,权力与动机的互动(联合、冲击、纠缠)最终促成“被动忠诚”到“矛盾忠诚并存”的四步演化形态。本研究关注的定向师范生职业忠诚的“曲折”形成性过程,个体主观同客观结构性因素的对话,可为后续相关政策完善及定向师范生的发展支持提供实证参考。Existing research mainly focuses on the symptoms of policies themselves and their implementation,while overlooking the narratives and understandings of the target groups.Literature on the selection and development of targeted normal students has either been limited to motivation dimensions or fallen into the traps of“innate halo”or“moralization”,neglecting the underlying power rules and dynamic changes behind professional or vocational choices.This study draws on theories of parental authority and professional loyalty,and utilizes a long-term,regional database on normal student development created by the research team.Employing a triangulation strategy,the study conducts a mixed-methods investigation of rural-targeted normal students from several key provincial normal universities in East China.By combining self-ethnography,interviews,and large-scale investigation,it systematically examines the impact and dynamic changes of family power and individual choices on the students'career loyalty.Behind their career choices lies the intervention of traditional parental authority.However,after experiencing critical events,the dynamic changes in their career motivation begin to shift towards self-empowerment.The interaction between power and motivation(through combination,impact,and entanglement)ultimately leads to a four-step evolutionary process from“passive loyalty”to“contradictory loyalty coexisting”.The study focuses on the“twisted”formative process of professional loyalty among targeted normal students,highlighting the interplay between subjective and objective factors.It provides empirical references for future policy improvements and offers support for the development of targeted normal students.
