双血管融合技术在复杂前交通动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：探究双血管融合技术在复杂前交通动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用效果。选择柳州市工人医院在2021年1月―2023年12月期间收治的60例复杂前交通动脉瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组实施数字减影血管造影、单侧颈内动脉的三维重建,研究组实施双血管融合技术。对比两组治疗效果、术后并发症、弹簧圈脱位情况及动脉瘤真实体积符合率。研究结果显示,研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组可观察到7例弹簧圈脱位,对照组则观察不到,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者动脉瘤真实体积总符合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,双血管融合技术在复杂前交通动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用效果显著,术后并发症的发生率低,有利于观察到弹簧圈脱位,动脉瘤符合真实体积较多。To explore the application effect of dual vessel fusion technology in the interventional treatment of complex anterior communicating artery aneurysms.Sixty patients with complex anterior communicating artery aneurysms admitted to Liuzhou Workers'Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups(control group and study group),with 30 patients in each group.The control group underwent digital subtraction angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction of the unilateral internal carotid artery,while the study group underwent dual vessel fusion technology.Compare the treatment efficacy,postoperative complications,coil dislocation,and true volume conformity rate of aneurysms between two groups.The research results showed that the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(<0.05),and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(<0.05);The research group observed 7 cases of coil dislocation,while the control group did not,and the difference was statistically significant(<0.05);The total conformity rate of true volume of aneurysms in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(<0.05).Research has found that the application of dual vessel fusion technology in the interventional treatment of complex anterior communicating artery aneurysms has significant effects,with a low incidence of postoperative complications,which is conducive to observing coil dislocation,and the aneurysm conforms more to the true volume.
