摘　　要：近年来,通过对干细胞的不断研究,发现了肝卵圆细胞。该细胞存在于成年组织肝内,是具有干细胞特性的细胞,在肝受损环境下可被激活并向肝细胞和胆管细胞分化。之后又经研究发现了肝源性干细胞,并将肝卵圆细胞作为肝源性干细胞的典型。肝源性干细胞的发现,为诸多疾病的治疗提供了广阔的空间。但是,目前关于将肝源性干细胞运用于临床治疗的研究还不够成熟,有待进一步深入挖掘。In recent years,through continuous research on stem cells,hepatic oval cells have been discovered.This cell exists in adult liver tissue and has stem cell characteristics.It can be activated and differentiate into liver cells and bile duct cells in the environment of liver damage.Later,liver derived stem cells were discovered through research,and hepatic oval cells were used as a typical example of liver derived stem cells.The discovery of liver derived stem cells has provided broad space for the treatment of many diseases.However,current research on the application of liver derived stem cells in clinical treatment is not yet mature and requires further in-depth exploration.
