飞秒激光联合对称弧形角膜切口对白内障合并角膜散光患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：探讨白内障合并角膜散光患者应用飞秒激光联合对称弧形角膜切口治疗的临床价值。选择2022年5月―2023年11月玉林爱尔眼科医院收治的68例白内障合并角膜散光患者,所有的患者均行飞秒激光超声乳化白内障手术,并在手术过程中进行了对称弧形角膜切口来矫正角膜散光。观察患者在术前和术后3月内的总体散光、顺规散光和逆规散光的变化和分布情况。研究结果显示,逆规组术后残余角膜散光低于顺规、斜轴散光组,散光修正幅度高于顺规、斜轴散光组(P<0.05);患者术前角膜散光为0.85~2.10(1.28±0.31)D,术后3个月为0.00~1.68(0.67±0.21)D,术后散光较术前显著减小(P<0.05)。研究发现,飞秒激光辅助白内障手术联合对称弧形角膜切口可以安全有效地矫正白内障合并角膜散光,具有临床推广价值。To explore the clinical value of femtosecond laser combined with symmetrical curved corneal incision in the treatment of cataract patients with corneal astigmatism.68 patients with cataracts and corneal astigmatism admitted to Yulin Aier Eye Hospital from May 2022 to November 2023 were selected.All patients underwent femtosecond laser phacoemulsification cataract surgery,and a symmetrical arc-shaped corneal incision was made during the surgery to correct corneal astigmatism.Observe the changes and distribution of overall astigmatism,regular astigmatism,and irregular astigmatism in patients before and within 3 months after surgery.The research results showed that the residual corneal astigmatism in the reverse astigmatism group was lower than that in the normal and oblique astigmatism groups after surgery,and the astigmatism correction amplitude was higher than that in the normal and oblique astigmatism groups(P<0.05);The preoperative corneal astigmatism of patients ranged from 0.85 to 2.10(1.28±0.31)D,and at 3 months postoperatively it ranged from 0.00 to 1.68(0.67±0.21)D.Postoperative astigmatism was significantly reduced compared to preoperative levels(P<0.05).Research has found that femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery combined with symmetrical curved corneal incision can safely and effectively correct cataract combined with corneal astigmatism,and has clinical promotion value.
