对比传统窝洞充填术与改良Hall技术治疗儿童乳磨牙龋病疗效的研究

摘　　要：分析对比传统窝洞充填术与改良Hall技术治疗儿童乳磨牙龋病的疗效。选取2021年1月-2023年12月收治的100例乳磨牙龋病患儿,随机分为改良组、传统组,各50例。改良组给予改良Hall技术治疗,传统组给予传统窝洞充填术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、满意度、并发症。结果显示,改良组的总有效率(98.00%)显著高于传统组(86.00%)(P<0.05);改良组的满意度(96.00%)显著高于传统组(82.00%)(P<0.05);改良组的并发症发生率显著低于传统组(P<0.05)。研究发现,改良Hall技术治疗儿童乳磨牙龋病的疗效更加显著,其治疗有效率更高,患儿与其家属的满意度更高,且并发症发生率较低,此治疗方案值得进一步推广。To analyze and compare the efficacy of traditional cavity filling surgery and improved Hall technique in treating dental caries in children's primary molars.Select 100 children with primary dental caries treated from January 2021 to December 2023,and randomly divide them into a modified group and a traditional group,with 50 cases in each group.The improvement group received treatment with improved Hall technique,while the traditional group received treatment with traditional cavity filling technique.Compare the treatment efficacy,satisfaction,and complications between two groups.The results showed that the total effective rate of the improved group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(86.00%)(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the improvement group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(82.00%)(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the improved group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Research has found that the improved Hall technique has a more significant therapeutic effect on pediatric primary molar caries,with a higher treatment effectiveness rate,higher satisfaction among children and their families,and a lower incidence of complications.This treatment plan is worthy of further promotion.
