摘  要:观察耳穴贴压配合高压氧治疗神经性耳鸣(NT)的疗效。选取右江民族医学院附属医院2023年1月―2023年12月期间收治的80例NT患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规治疗联合高压氧治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上增加耳穴贴压治疗,比较两组治疗效果。研究结果显示,治疗后,研究组纯音听阈值、耳鸣分级数值、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,SF-36评分显著高于对照组,听力逐渐恢复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,耳穴贴压配合高压氧治疗能有效改善NT患者的听力,减轻耳鸣症状,提高生活质量和睡眠质量,值得推广。To observe the curative effect of auricular point pressing combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of nervous tinnitus(NT).Eighty NT patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and the study group added auricular point pressing treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that after treatment,the pure tone audiometry threshold,tinnitus grading value,and PSQI score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the SF-36 score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the time for hearing gradual recovery was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that auricular point pressing combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve the hearing of NT patients,relieve tinnitus symptoms,and improve the quality of life and sleep quality,which is worthy of promotion.
