横切法内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效

摘　　要：研究重睑成形术结合横切法内眦赘皮矫正术对双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的治疗效果。选取西北工业大学医院2018年4月―2023年4月期间收治的60例双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者为研究对象,采用随机分组方法,分为观察组(进行横切法内眦赘皮矫正术结合重睑成形术)和对照组(进行“Z”成形内眦赘皮矫正术结合重睑成形术),每组30例,对两组患者的瘢痕评分、满意度以及并发症的发生情况进行对比。研究结果显示,术后3个月,观察组患者的瘢痕评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对治疗的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者使用横切法内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术具有良好的疗效,能够有效减少患者因手术产生的瘢痕面积,降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者对治疗的满意度,值得推广应用。To study the therapeutic effect of double eyelid reconstruction combined with transverse incision correction of epicanthus on patients with bilateral single eyelids and epicanthus.Sixty patients with bilateral single eyelids and epicanthus who were admitted to Northwestern Polytechnical University Hospital from April 2018 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(undergoing transverse epicanthus correction surgery combined with double eyelid reconstruction surgery)and a control group(undergoing"Z"shaped epicanthus correction surgery combined with double eyelid reconstruction surgery),with 30 patients in each group.The scar scores,satisfaction,and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that three months after surgery,the scar score of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group patients with the treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of transverse epicanthic correction combined with double eyelid reconstruction has good therapeutic effects on patients with bilateral single eyelids and epicanthus folds.It can effectively reduce the scar area caused by surgery,lower the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve patient satisfaction with treatment.It is worth promoting and applying.
