摘  要:本文针对电气控制接线教学过程中存在的接线错误率高、安全风险大、设备损坏等问题,开发了一款基于网页的电气控制接线仿真平台。平台以HTML5技术为基础,通过虚拟化元件、接线端子和线缆模型,搭建了真实还原的电气接线仿真环境,实现了电气控制电路的可视化安装、运行功能。平台采用B/S架构设计,学生无需安装额外软件即可通过浏览器完成操作,提高了系统的适用性和灵活性,教师也可通过后台了解学生完成情况。在教学应用中,该平台有效降低了学生实体接线中的错误率,提高了学习效率和安全性,具有较高的推广价值和实际应用意义。This paper addresses the issues of high wiring error rates,significant safety risks,and equipment damage in electrical control wiring education by developing a web-based electrical control wiring simulation platform.Built on HTML5 technology,the platform virtualizes components,wiring terminals,and cable models to create a highly realistic electrical wiring simulation environment,enabling the visualization of electrical control circuit installation and operation.The platform adopts a B/S architecture design,allowing students to complete tasks via a browser without the need for additional software,enhancing system accessibility and flexibility.Teachers can also monitor students'progress through the backend.In educational applications,the platform effectively reduces wiring errors during physical experiments,improves learning efficiency and safety,and has high potential for widespread adoption and practical application.
