摘 要:针对某高校清真食堂饭点高峰期就餐排队的问题,利用Anylogic模拟仿真软件进行仿真,对食堂饭点高峰期学生排队打饭过程进行模拟。结合排队论理论,对学生排队等待时间、排队长度、打饭服务强度等进行量化比较,规划出一种合理的打饭服务和分配服务人员的方式。结果表明,通过撤去一个汤菜窗口/新添一个主食窗口,能够在高峰期大幅度地减少学生出入食堂的时间、缩短学生排队长度、均衡食堂员工的服务利用率。In response to the problem of queuing for meals during peak hours in a halal canteen at a certain univer-sity,Anylogic simulation software was used to simulate the process of students queuing and receiving meals during peak hours in the canteen.Based on queuing theory,the waiting time,queue length,and intensity of meal servicefor students were quantitatively compared,and a reasonable method of meal service and allocation of service person-nel was planned.The results indicate that by removing a soup and vegetable window and adding a meal dispensing window,the time for students to enter and exit the cafeteria during peak hours can be significantly reduced,thelength of student queues can be shortened;the service utilization rate of cafeteria staff can be balanced.
